Liv Morgan is in one of the strongest stretches of her WWE career, both inside and outside the ring.
During a recent appearance on Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story?, the current Women’s World Champion got emotional while talking about everything she has been able to build since signing with the company.
“I retired my mom, all my brothers and sisters are happy and doing well, my animals and my farmers are so happy.”
Morgan also said she loves her job and could not ask for anything more from life, as she feels she has everything she ever wanted or dreamed of.
Her comments drew major attention from fans because of how sharply they contrast with the character Liv is currently playing on WWE television, which has been defined by taunts, attacks, and her leadership role in The Judgment Day alongside Dominik Mysterio, Raquel Rodriguez, Roxanne Perez, and JD McDonagh.
In a recent interview with PAPER Magazine, Morgan had already noted that she grew up with four older brothers and was introduced to WWE when she was five years old, saying it had always been her biggest childhood dream.
In that same interview, she stressed that following that path changed not only her own life, but also her family’s, which helps explain why she became so emotional while discussing the subject with Stephanie McMahon.
Morgan returned to the top of the women’s division at WrestleMania 42, where she defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the Women’s World Championship again.
