Karmen Petrovic has her sights set on one of the biggest possible matches in WWE. Despite still being part of the NXT roster, Petrovic revealed that she wants to face Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Battleground Podcast, Petrovic was asked about her current dream match and wasted no time naming Morgan.
“Right now, first person top of my head, Liv Morgan. I don’t see her defending that title, so I would love to step up and be like, ‘Alright, girl. Put it on the line.'”

6:08 PM · Aug 12, 2026Petrovic’s jab about the lack of title defenses carries some weight. Morgan captured the Women’s World Championship by defeating Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42 in April but didn’t have her first televised defense until more than 100 days later at SummerSlam, where she retained by beating IYO SKY.
The road to a title shot would be a steep climb for Petrovic, though. On the latest Monday Night RAW, Becky Lynch and Stephanie Vaquer both made it clear they have Morgan and the Women’s World Championship in their crosshairs, putting two former champions directly in the current champion’s path.
Petrovic has been steadily building her profile beyond NXT. The Canadian has started working regularly for AAA and joined Los Perros del Mal. She signed with WWE in 2022 and made her in-ring debut the following year.
