Zaria and Wren Sinclair will collide again at NXT Heatwave, this time with both titles on the line in a unification match for the WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship and the WWE Women’s Speed Championship.
The match was made official on Tuesday’s episode of NXT after Zaria successfully defended the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Sinclair. The bout ended after the brawl between Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox spilled into the ring.
Wren was distracted by Cutler James, giving Zaria the opening to connect with an F5 for the pin.
The rivalry between the two champions kicked off last week when Zaria challenged for the WWE Women’s Speed Championship, but the match hit the five-minute time limit with no winner. Since Sinclair retained, she earned a shot at Zaria’s title.
Sinclair then upped the stakes by putting her own title on the line for a third match, turning the Heatwave bout into a winner-take-all unification.
Sinclair won the Women’s Speed Championship from Fallon Henley on March 17, 2026, in Houston, while Zaria captured the Women’s North American Championship from Tatum Paxley on June 9, 2026.
Both also defended their titles at NXT Great American Bash on June 28, 2026, with Zaria defeating Paxley and Sinclair beating Arianna Grace.
