Major Matches Confirmed at the Last Minute for Tonight’s AEW Dynamite/Collision

AEW has confirmed the lineup for tonight’s three-hour Dynamite and Collision special, which goes live in a matter of minutes from the Fishers Event Center in Fishers, Indiana.

On the championship front, Persephone will defend the TBS Championship against Hyan, who signed the champion’s open contract after her partner, Maya World, was sidelined with an injury.

Swerve Strickland and The New Level (Kofi and Austin Creed) will put the AEW World Trios Championship on the line against The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). Whichever team walks out with the titles will turn around and defend them this Saturday at All Out against “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido.

AEW World Champion Will Ospreay will also be in action, teaming with “Speedball” Mike Bailey against Claudio Castagnoli and Gabe Kidd of the Death Riders. Ospreay is just three days away from defending the title against Jon Moxley at All Out.

Moxley, the AEW Continental Champion, will face Dezmond Xavier of The Rascalz in a Continental Championship Eliminator match. A win would earn Xavier a future shot at Moxley’s title. On last Saturday’s Collision, Moxley defeated Xavier’s Rascalz stablemate Zachary Wentz.

Renee Paquette will also host a face-to-face segment between AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions The Brawling Birds and Divine Dominion ahead of their Chicago Street Fight at All Out.

The Dynamite and Collision special starts at 8 p.m. ET and airs live on TBS and HBO Max.
