The 2026 Royal Rumble was WWE‘s most-watched premium live event on Netflix during the first half of this year.

According to Netflix’s “What We Watched” report, the event, held Jan. 31 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, drew 3.1 million views.

Night two of WrestleMania 42 was right behind with 3 million, while night one of the Showcase of Immortals drew 2.7 million. Combined, the two broadcasts reached 5.7 million views, surpassing the 5.2 million WrestleMania 41 drew in 2025.

Next came Elimination Chamber with 1.9 million, Clash in Italy with 1.6 million, Backlash with 1.4 million and Night of Champions with 1 million.

It’s worth noting, though, that Night of Champions took place June 27 and had only three days of viewership counted before the report’s window closed. In other words, the comparison with the other events remains incomplete.

The numbers also don’t include the U.S. audience, obviously. Premium live events in the U.S. air on ESPN, while Netflix streamed the shows in international markets, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Australia.

This marks the second straight year the Royal Rumble has individually outperformed both nights of WrestleMania on Netflix. In 2025, the event also led the first half of the year, with 3 million views.

Despite the strong showing, no PLE topped the Jan. 5 and April 20 episodes of Raw, which both drew 3.7 million views on Netflix.
