Stephen Farrelly, who spent nearly two decades in WWE as Sheamus, has rebranded his YouTube channel, dropping the Celtic Warrior Workouts name.
Several outlets initially reported that the channel had been renamed “Brave Change.” However, it’s now called S. Farrelly Workouts, while Brave Change will be the title of a new video series the Irishman announced on August 5. No premiere date or format has been revealed.

Farrelly previously said he created the channel after losing motivation for his usual routine. The show evolved into working out with other wrestlers, learning from them, and telling each person’s story. John Cena, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, Rhea Ripley and Claudio Castagnoli were among those featured over the years.
More than 1.21 million people subscribe to the channel. Its most-viewed video is a 2019 workout with Cena, sitting at approximately 16 million views. The final episode under the Celtic Warrior Workouts name was posted in February 2026 and featured Sol Ruca.
The rebrand also reflects Farrelly’s new professional identity outside the company. After publicly announcing his departure from WWE and being moved to the Alumni section of the promotion’s official website, he updated his social media profiles and said he’ll use S. Farrelly going forward for his outside-the-ring work.
However, his contract situation remains unresolved. Although he’s no longer appearing on WWE television and turned down a new offer from the company that included a pay cut, Farrelly remains under contract until October 1. That means he can’t yet be considered a free agent.
His last match came on November 17, 2025, when he teamed with John Cena and Rey Mysterio to defeat The Judgment Day on RAW. He underwent shoulder surgery the following month.
