Stephanie Vaquer was back in the headlines hours after SummerSlam Night One, and she didn’t have to work a match to get there.

Left off the card for the weekend, the former Women’s World Champion blacked out her X and Instagram profiles overnight without offering any explanation.

The move came shortly after Liv Morgan retained the Women’s World Championship over IYO SKY in Saturday’s opener in Minneapolis, a match The Judgment Day got involved in. SummerSlam isn’t done yet either, with Night Two going tonight (8/2).

WrestleVotes Radio, as we previously covered here at Wrestling Noticias, reported that WWE had been eyeing this window for Vaquer’s comeback, whether that meant the week before the show or SummerSlam itself. It was also noted that the Raw women’s division has been noticeably thin without her.

Vaquer hasn’t been on TV since the April 27 Raw, when Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez jumped her and wrote her off. WWE later announced a Grade 2 sprain of the AC joint in her shoulder, and Bryan Alvarez reported the injury was legitimate rather than part of the angle.

We’ll have more on this throughout the day.
