The Bloodline is expected to remain one of WWE’s top focuses over the next several months.
Since Roman Reigns returned to prominence as World Heavyweight Champion, the company has once again treated the Samoan dynasty as one of the pillars of its programming. The biggest part of this new phase, for example, has been Jacob Fatu.
According to TRNBCKL, WWE is very pleased with the direction of the storyline since WrestleMania 42, especially because Fatu’s inclusion has reportedly given the group new life.
Fatu had been positioned as an extremely dangerous threat to Reigns’ title reign, but in the end, he was unable to get past The OTC. The story then entered a new chapter when he acknowledged Reigns and later received his own Ula Fala, officially becoming part of The Bloodline.
On this week’s RAW, Fatu also attacked Eric André after the comedian touched his Ula Fala, with Roman Reigns ordering him to hit the actor with two splashes.
On last Friday’s SmackDown, Fatu tried to convince Solo Sikoa to realign with the family, while the MFTs continue moving in their own direction. In other words, WWE has several paths open to keep the story in the spotlight.
