Zilla Fatu remains on WWE’s radar, though his arrival in the company is not considered imminent at this point.

According to TRNBCKL, WWE has had long-standing interest in Umaga’s son, and the situation is being viewed internally as something to watch for the future. In other words, there is currently no indication that a signing is about to happen.

The update comes just a few weeks after other reports indicated that Fatu had been at the WWE Performance Center. According to PWInsider, the wrestler took part in activities at the facility.

The timing also stands out because of the current state of The Bloodline. Roman Reigns has moved back to the center of the storyline alongside Jacob Fatu, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso, while Solo Sikoa remains tied to the MFT, keeping the possibility of a larger family war alive in the coming months.

Zilla is seen as a natural fit for that world because of his direct ties to the Anoa’i family. Beyond being Umaga’s son, he is cousins with several names involved in the story, which would make a potential WWE arrival a fairly straightforward creative path.

Even so, WWE does not appear to be in a rush. Fatu only began his in-ring career in 2023, working for promotions such as Reality of Wrestling, GCW, House of Glory, and TNA. During that stretch, he won notable titles on the independent scene and drew attention for his physical style.

It is still unclear whether WWE would try to place him directly on the main roster or take a longer route with him through NXT. Given the current Bloodline landscape, however, his name is expected to remain one to watch.
