The Hardy Boyz are back on top of TNA’s tag team division. At Slammiversary on Sunday, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy won the Four-Way Ladder Match to capture the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

The match featured The System (Brian Myers and Bear Bronson), who entered as champions, along with The Great Hands (Jason Hotch and John Skyler), The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch), and the Hardy Boyz.

The win served as a direct answer to The System. Myers and Bronson defeated the Hardys at Rebellion on April 11, ending Matt and Jeff’s 265-day reign with the titles.

As expected, the match was chaotic. Ladders, tables, and a barbed-wire-covered ladder were all used during the bout.

The closing stretch came when Jeff Hardy hit a Swanton Bomb onto The Great Hands, who were positioned on a ladder between the ring and the barricade. Matt and Jeff then returned to the ring, climbed the ladder, and retrieved the titles.

With the win, the Hardy Boyz are now five-time TNA World Tag Team Champions.
