Add as a preferred source on Google Ryan Garcia has aligned himself with The Judgment Day on WWE Raw.
The WBC welterweight champion appeared during Joe Hendry and Danhausen’s concert Monday at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Hendry and Danhausen performed a song aimed at the group, singing “I believe that you are cursed” while the Minihausens surrounded the ring.
Garcia initially joined the celebration at ringside and followed the Minihausens around the ring. He then stepped inside, picked up a guitar and smashed Hendry across the back. The attack revealed he was working with The Judgment Day.
Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh then stormed the ring and attacked Danhausen. McDonagh powerslammed one of the Minihausens, while Mysterio finished the beatdown with a frog splash on Danhausen.
Garcia stood alongside Mysterio and McDonagh after the attack, completing his on-screen alliance with the group.
Garcia’s involvement came five days before Danhausen faces Mysterio at SummerSlam on Saturday, August 1. WWE has framed the match around Danhausen’s dispute with The Judgment Day over the group’s missing “human monies.” Garcia’s attack gives Mysterio another high-profile ally before the match.
