Add as a preferred source on Google WWE added another match to Monday’s episode of Raw shortly before the show went on the air live from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
Bron Breakker and Austin Theory of The Vision, the current World Tag Team Champions, will take on Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee. The bout wasn’t announced as a title match, so it will be a non-title tag team match.
Breakker and Theory won the World Tag Team Championship on July 6, defeating the Street Profits. During that match, Logan Paul tried to interfere with a pair of brass knuckles, while Maxxine Dupri hit Angelo Dawkins with a low blow without the referee noticing, allowing Theory to pick up the win right after.
Tonight’s match also brings back the issues between Je’Von Evans and The Vision. On June 15, Logan Paul tried to recruit the Young OG into the group.
Interestingly, Evans and Dragon Lee were opponents on last week’s episode of Raw. During the Gauntlet Match to determine the No. 1 contender for Penta’s Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam, Evans eliminated Dragon Lee before falling to Rusev in the next stage. Chad Gable went on to win the match and earn the title opportunity.
Also on the card, Raw will feature LA Knight taking on Jacob Fatu, along with Penta and Chad Gable against Ethan Page and Rusev.
