The Young Bucks made AEW history as Matt and Nick Jackson won the AEW World Tag Team Championship for the fourth time, setting a new record for the promotion’s tag team division.
The brothers won the titles on Saturday at AEW All Out in a three-way ladder match against then-champions Adam Copeland and Christian Cage as well as FTR’s Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood. The show was held at NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
The Young Bucks and FTR went into the match tied at three reigns apiece, with both teams in a direct race to become the first four-time champions in AEW history. It was Matt and Nick who prevailed, pulling down the belts from atop the ladder.

The victory also avenged the Bucks’ loss to Copeland and Cage at All In: London on August 30. In that match, Cage used a wrench hidden in his arm pad, setting up Copeland to pin Matt.
Copeland and Cage’s reign had begun on May 24 at Double or Nothing, where they won the titles from FTR in an “I Quit” New York Street Fight.
With Saturday’s win, the Young Bucks have further extended their historic track record with the championship. Their first reign began in November 2020 and lasted 302 days. The third started in April 2024 after another ladder match against FTR.
