Ari Emanuel has ruled out any sale of TKO Group Holdings, even if the biggest media companies in the United States were to show interest.
Emanuel was a recent guest on The Town with Matthew Belloni, where he was asked who the ideal buyer for TKO would be down the road. His answer was TKO itself. When Belloni said the company would eventually be put up for sale, Emanuel flatly denied it.
“No, it won’t. No. Never.”
Belloni also named Paramount, Comcast, and Amazon as potential buyers. Emanuel dismissed all three, explaining that he believes rising consumption of sports and entertainment will make TKO’s assets increasingly valuable.
“Sports is the greatest reality show of all time. There’s no chance that that’s happening. Zero.”
TKO’s portfolio includes UFC, WWE, PBR, and the Zuffa Boxing joint venture, along with IMG and On Location. According to the company, its properties reach more than 1 billion households in 210 countries and territories and hold more than 500 live events a year.
Control of TKO has also become even more concentrated. Silver Lake completed its acquisition of Endeavor in 2025 and has since controlled TKO through it.
The company continues to grow financially. TKO posted $1.547 billion in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, up 18% from the same period a year earlier, and raised its full-year revenue guidance to as much as $5.825 billion.
