Add as a preferred source on Google The rivalry between Tom Brady and Logan Paul could be headed for a match at WrestleMania, though no deal has been officially announced by WWE.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer pointed to WrestleMania as the natural destination for the storyline after Brady said he plans to have just one pro-wrestling match.
Alvarez: “He flat-out said, ‘I want to have one match.’ So it looks like he’s going to have one match.”
Meltzer: “Yeah. He wants to do a match. He’s a big star. They’ll let him do a match.”
Alvarez: “And it has to be at WrestleMania.”
Meltzer: “Yes.”
The likely setting would be WrestleMania 43, which takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027. WWE has not yet announced dates for the event.
The storyline picked up steam at Fanatics Fest. On July 16, during a live taping of Cody Rhodes’ podcast, Brady asked Nick Khan directly to create a storyline for his WWE involvement.
“I need to get an invite. I mean, I’ve been waiting for Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix. I feel like, I’m retired from football. I have the opportunity to go out there and still showcase that I’m a little bit of an athlete. My boy Gronk’s done it. I’ve seen obviously Logan Paul do it. I think I could get in there for at least one match, right? Come on, Nick. Come on, make it happen!”

The following day, Brady slapped Paul during another panel. WWE aired the footage on the July 20 episode of Raw, folding the confrontation into its programming. That same day, TMZ Sports reported that the two sides were in talks about a potential partnership.
The conversations aren’t new. In March, Meltzer reported that WWE and Brady had been discussing an appearance, though no deal was in place. An appearance at WrestleMania 42 was considered but never materialized.
Paul has been sidelined since May after tearing his triceps and undergoing surgery. He said he was given a six-month recovery timeline, which helps explain the slow build.
