WWE is in no hurry to announce official dates for WrestleMania 43, which is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that the company does not currently intend to make the announcement this month. Revealing the dates is no longer a priority because of special circumstances surrounding the show, chiefly a ticketing process in Riyadh that is expected to differ from previous years.
The delay is also affecting other U.S. promotions, which traditionally run shows during WrestleMania week. They still do not know exactly which weekend they will need to set aside.
As previously reported, WWE was considering March 27 as of April, with the weekend of April 10 as an alternative. Since then, however, the company itself has begun officially promoting WrestleMania 43 Weekend as an April 2027 event, and it has confirmed that the show will remain a two-night event.
Internally, there is a possibility that the dates will finally be revealed around the time of Crown Jewel, which is set for November 7 in Riyadh as well. Saudi representatives have also visited WWE headquarters for meetings related to planning the event.
Crown Jewel will take place at Riyadh Season Stadium at KAFD and will air on Netflix and the ESPN app.
