Kyle Fletcher defeated Jack Perry on Wednesday’s Fright Night Dynamite and made a big announcement about his AEW future right after the match.
With Don Callis, Mark Davis and Jake Doyle by his side, Fletcher said Davis and Doyle will win the AEW World Tag Team Championship at Full Gear. He then challenged Will Ospreay for the AEW World Championship on the same card.
In laying down the challenge, Fletcher brought up his win over Ospreay at Full Gear in 2024 and vowed to beat him again.
“I am going to do it AGAIN!” Fletcher said.
Tony Khan made Ospreay vs. Fletcher official, but with one condition. Both men need to be medically cleared after Blood & Guts, which is set for November 4.
Ospreay and Fletcher will be on opposite sides in Blood & Guts. Ospreay will be part of the team led by Darby Allin, while Fletcher will represent the Don Callis Family.
The feud between Fletcher and Ospreay escalated last week. As previously reported, Fletcher and Kevin Knight defeated Ospreay and Adam Copeland. Fletcher pinned Copeland and later attacked Ospreay with the AEW World title.
Full Gear will take place on November 14 at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
