Chelsea Green will put the WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Nikki Bella on Friday Night SmackDown on Oct. 30. The match was announced during Friday’s show, held in Sacramento, California.
Nikki had already been showing interest in Green’s title in recent weeks. As previously reported, she confronted the champion on last week’s SmackDown, saying that the WWE Women’s Championship needed someone better to represent it.
The match will take place just eight days before WWE Crown Jewel, where Green already has a confirmed match against Liv Morgan, the current Women’s World Champion, for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. With that, Chelsea will have to defend her title before facing Morgan at the premium live event.

On the same show, Gunther will face Danhausen, as previously reported.
The show will be held at the Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, West Virginia. The program will air live on USA Network, starting at 8 p.m. ET.
