WWE has confirmed that next week’s RAW on August 17 at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York will feature Roman Reigns and two major matches.
In first-round tournament action to determine Reigns’ next challenger, Dragon Lee will face El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., while Rey Fenix takes on El Fiscal.
The tournament kicked off on tonight’s RAW in Norfolk, Virginia, where Penta defeated Laredo Kid to advance to the semifinals. Before the Buffalo show, Psycho Clown and La Parka will compete for another semifinal spot on August 15 at AAA.
The semifinals are set for the August 24 RAW, with the final scheduled one week later on August 31. The winner will earn a World Heavyweight Championship match against Reigns on the September 14 RAW at Arena CDMX in Mexico City.
Reigns’ Buffalo appearance was already on WWE’s announced schedule following SummerSlam. Beyond the OTC, Oba Femi, Seth Rollins, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Sol Ruca, and Penta are also advertised for the show.
