Lola Vice’s main roster call-up appears to be right around the corner, and WWE creative has already started pitching ideas for her.
Per TRNBCKL, pitches for Vice are circulating internally, though there’s no word yet on a timeline for her debut.
SmackDown remains the most likely landing spot. Bryan Alvarez reported on Wrestling Observer in late July that Vice was believed to be headed to the blue brand.
This week’s on-screen developments backed that up. On the 08/04 episode of NXT, Vice lost to Kendal Grey in an NXT Underground Match for the NXT Women’s Championship. After the show went off the air, she left her gloves in the ring and said goodbye to the crowd.
WWE also filed to trademark “Vice City” on August 4, the same day as the match. The phrase has been part of Lola’s presentation for years and appears in her official WWE bio, another sign the company is already building out material for her main roster run.
