Tatum Paxley may be on the verge of her main-roster debut.
An image circulating on social media Friday appears to show the former NXT Women’s Champion arriving at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, home of tonight’s SmackDown. WWE has not announced Paxley for the show or confirmed any move to the main roster.
The sighting follows a Fightful Select report from 6/28, hours before NXT Great American Bash, that WWE had internally discussed calling Paxley up. Fightful could not confirm at the time that the move had been approved.
Later that night, Paxley lost to Zaria in a rematch for the NXT Women’s North American Championship. Two days later, on 6/30, Kelani Jordan defeated Paxley in what remains her most recent televised match.

6:32 PM · Aug 7, 2026Paxley didn’t return to the ring until 7/25 at an NXT live event in Citrus Springs, Florida, where she teamed with Shiloh Hill to defeat Tristan Angels and Zaria in a mixed tag match.
During an appearance on Busted Open Radio in March, Paxley said she was completely ready for Raw or SmackDown, but made it clear she was in no rush and trusted WWE’s timing.
Chelsea Green, Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, Kevin Owens and CM Punk are among the names announced for tonight’s SmackDown.
