Zelina Vega Booked for First Match Since Leaving WWE

Zelina Vega has her first post-WWE booking. Now going by Xelina, she’s set to make her House of Glory debut next month.

HOG confirmed Xelina for Fallout, set for Friday, September 4, at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California. The show will mark her first match since April and her first in-ring appearance since the end of her second WWE run. No opponent has been announced.

Xelina was released by WWE on April 24 as part of the major wave of cuts that also hit her husband Aleister Black, Kairi Sane, the Motor City Machine Guns, and numerous others. Her second stint with the company began in 2021.

After completing her 90-day non-compete window, the former Women’s United States Champion officially became a free agent. She had already filed a trademark application for “Xelina” on July 20, later confirming it as her new pro wrestling identity.

She recently explained that she wanted to keep a connection to the Zelina name while presenting a freer version of her personality outside of WWE.

The Fallout card already features several other notable names. AEW International Champion Kyle Fletcher will face Amazing Red, and HOOK, Laredo Kid, and Starboy Charlie have also been announced for the show.
