Add as a preferred source on Google “Hangman” Adam Page and Swerve Strickland weren’t part of the card at AEW Redemption this past Sunday in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Their absence from the pay-per-view doesn’t mean they’re out of the company’s plans, though.
According to Fightful Select, AEW’s creative team is already working on ideas involving Page and Strickland ahead of All In, set for August 30 at Wembley Stadium in London.
So far, no match has been confirmed for either wrestler. The report also didn’t name potential opponents or indicate that Page and Strickland will face off against each other again.
Page returned to AEW programming on the July 11 episode of Collision, ending a four-month absence. During his promo, the Cowboy said he will honor the stipulation from his loss to MJF at Revolution and will never again challenge for the AEW World Championship. He then named the TNT, National, International and Continental Championships among his new goals.

Strickland, meanwhile, lost to Will Ospreay in the men’s final of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament at Forbidden Door. The defeat cost Strickland his shot at the AEW World Championship at All In.
Despite their long-running rivalry, Page and Strickland did team up earlier this year. On January 7, the pair beat HOOK and Powerhouse Hobbs in a Lights Out match, putting their issues on hold.
With both men now out of the World Championship picture, the report reinforces that AEW plans to put Page and Strickland on the All In card through separate paths.
