Club WWE Faces Major Dissatisfaction

WWE is facing a wave of complaints from fans who joined Club WWE, the company’s $99-per-year subscription service.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the backlash grew after subscribers received the first Founding Member kits last week. The report adds that the complaints have also reached WWE directly.

The kits include a lanyard, an exclusive pin and an acrylic collectible containing a piece of ring canvas used in a match, but nothing identifies which match the canvas came from. The box also contains a printed message from John Cena rather than a personalized note.

The issue is not limited to fans, however. WrestleVotes also reported on the mood behind the scenes.

“Additionally, we are told there is internal frustration surrounding the rollout and overall usage of the club, with the source describing the process as disorganised and by-and-large uneventful.”

Club WWE officially launched on July 31, promising members early access to ticket sales, exclusive merchandise, additional content and a rewards program.

WWE also recently announced a members-only vote that lets fans help choose the Superstar who will appear on one of the WWE 2K27 covers.
