Add as a preferred source on Google The CW Sports streaming agreement with ESPN will officially launch on Tuesday, August 4.
More than 800 annual hours of live CW Sports programming will stream within the ESPN App for viewers with an ESPN Unlimited subscription. The lineup includes WWE NXT’s weekly television show and NXT Premium Live Events, along with The CW’s other live sports properties.
The agreement will launch with a two-hour live edition of NXT at 8 p.m. ET on August 4. NXT will continue to air on The CW, while the ESPN App will become the exclusive streaming home for CW Sports live events.
ESPN Unlimited subscribers can activate the plan through a standalone subscription or participating television and mobile providers.

NXT Heatwave
NXT Heatwave will be the first Premium Live Event included after the launch. The show will air from the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas, on Sunday, August 30.
The CW began airing NXT Premium Live Events this summer under a multi-year agreement with WWE. That deal calls for 20 NXT events to air on the network over the next several years.
