Kofi and Austin Creed’s AEW debut continues to generate buzz. The official video posted by the company on YouTube has already topped 1 million views in under two days.
The clip, titled “Austin Creed & Kofi are ALL ELITE! | AEW All In: London,” captures the moment the former New Day members showed up at All In: London under their new name, The New Level.
Kofi, previously known as Kofi Kingston, and Austin Creed, formerly Xavier Woods, were revealed as Swerve Strickland’s partners in the Trios Roulette Royale for the AEW World Trios Championship. The duo came out to “New Level” by A$AP Ferg and got a huge reaction from the Wembley Stadium crowd.
The debut couldn’t have ended better. Kofi, Creed, and Strickland won the match and captured the AEW World Trios Championship. Down the stretch, Kofi and Creed eliminated Claudio Castagnoli and PAC to seal the win.
The New Level already has their next match set. Kofi and Austin Creed will team with Strickland again this Wednesday on Dynamite to defend the AEW World Trios Championship against The Rascalz.
