New Japan Pro-Wrestling has officially announced that all AEW content will be removed from NJPW World, its streaming service, starting August 31 of this year.
According to a notice posted on the platform’s official website, Dynamite, Collision, Rampage, Battle of the Belts, and AEW Now will stop being updated even before that final date. The last episode of Dynamite added to the service will be the June 24 edition, while Collision will receive its final update on June 27.
Beginning in July, Japanese fans who want to keep up with AEW programming will have to move over to MyAEW, Tony Khan’s company’s new in-house platform, which launched in March of this year as a replacement for the now-defunct AEW Plus on TrillerTV.
It is important to note that Forbidden Door events will remain available for purchase and viewing on NJPW World, even after the broadcast agreement comes to an end.
The partnership between the two companies began in April 2022, when NJPW started offering episodes of Dynamite and Rampage at no additional cost to subscribers in Japan.

However, despite the end of the broadcast deal, the creative relationship between AEW and NJPW remains active. Forbidden Door 2026, the fifth annual event co-produced by the two companies, is set for June 28 at SAP Center in San Jose, California, and will also feature participation from CMLL and STARDOM.
