Add as a preferred source on Google Tama Tonga’s X account was apparently hacked on Wednesday, May 20, after a suspicious cryptocurrency post appeared on his profile.
The post promoted a supposed Solana-linked project called $YEYE and directed followers to an outside website. The text claimed there were no “gimmicks” or “fake leaders.”
According to Ringside News, the account was allegedly taken over by a scammer, who also locked replies and began blocking users from commenting on the posts.
Tonga has not publicly addressed the situation as of this writing. Because of that, despite the signs pointing to a hack, the situation should be handled with caution until the wrestler confirms it himself.
