Turki Alalshikh, chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, said Tuesday that the 2027 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will be held in Riyadh during WrestleMania 43 week. WWE has not yet confirmed the report.
The statement came in a reply posted on X after an account claimed that the Riyadh WrestleMania week would not include NXT Stand & Deliver or the Hall of Fame, claiming both events had instead been moved to New York. Alalshikh denied the report and said all the aforementioned events will take place in Riyadh.
In July 2026, WWE officially confirmed NXT Stand & Deliver and AAA Eternal Glory for Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York during WrestleMania 43 weekend, with official WrestleMania watch parties also set for the venue.
Alalshikh’s comments contradict what WWE has already announced regarding NXT’s plans for New York, and the company has not clarified whether those plans have changed or whether separate events will be held in both cities.
WrestleMania 43 will take place in Riyadh in April 2027, marking the first time the event has been held outside North America.
It remains to be seen when WWE will announce details for the Hall of Fame, including the venue, date and the first names announced for the Class of 2027.
