WWE could bring one of its Big Four Premium Live Events to Perth, Australia, in 2028.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble have both been floated as options for the final year of WWE’s current partnership with the city. The report adds that one of the three PLE weekends in the deal could be reserved for a major show, with 2028 cited as the potential target.
WWE officially confirmed the partnership in August. The agreement with the Western Australian Government calls for a WWE Weekend Takeover in Perth each year from 2026 through 2028, with each weekend built around a Premium Live Event.

The first event under the deal is already set. Wrestlepalooza: Perth takes place December 12 at RAC Arena, with SmackDown the night before and Monday Night RAW closing out the weekend on December 14.
Perth isn’t new to major WWE events. Elimination Chamber took place at Optus Stadium in 2024, while Crown Jewel was held at RAC Arena in 2025. According to WWE, the two shows combined to generate more than AUD $58 million for the Western Australian economy.
