Add as a preferred source on Google This Friday night, USA Network will stream another live episode of WWE SmackDown, direct from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The big headline will be CM Punk’s first appearance as Undisputed WWE Champion. Punk returned on Monday Night RAW this past Monday in Chicago, stepping in for Cody Rhodes, who had been brutally attacked by Gunther, and defeated Sami Zayn to capture the title. Zayn’s reign lasted just nine days.
Cody Rhodes and Gunther are also advertised for the show. Rhodes had earned a title opportunity last week by defeating Jey Uso, but lost that shot due to the Ring General’s attack. With all three men in the same building, the direction of the Undisputed WWE Championship heading into SummerSlam could start to take shape tonight.

In the ring, Finn Bálor will face Tama Tonga. The match was set up after Tama and Talla Tonga attacked the Irishman backstage at last week’s show. Tama had been getting closer to Balor in the weeks prior, but the situation changed after the brothers’ split from Solo Sikoa.
Trick Williams will also face Carmelo Hayes in a non-title match, with the United States Championship not on the line.
