Jacob Fatu has cast doubt on his availability for tonight’s Monday Night RAW (July 20) after Adam Pearce announced a match pitting him against LA Knight for the show at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

The General Manager announced the match on Sunday, but Fatu wasted no time responding, questioning Pearce’s authority and insisting he only takes orders from Roman Reigns.

“Who are you to tell me I’m working???? ORDERS FROM THE OTC, UR ASS AP❗️❗️❗️”

Shortly after, the Samoan Werewolf posted a photo indicating he was in San Francisco, on the other side of the country.

“CALI BOUND!!! SORRY TO THE D❗️❗️❗️”

Despite the posts, the match against LA Knight remains on the card for RAW, and WWE has not confirmed any changes as of now. The most likely explanation is that the posts are part of the storyline, especially since Fatu has been positioning himself as the OTC’s personal enforcer.

In June, Reigns gave Fatu an Ula Fala and ordered him to attack actor Eric André. That same night, the former United States Champion also locked in the Tongan Death Grip on Knight, starting their current feud.

Tonight’s match will be a rematch of WrestleMania 41, when Fatu defeated Knight to win the United States Championship. The two will also be on opposite sides at SummerSlam, where Knight, Solo Sikoa, and Royce Keys are set to face Jacob Fatu and The Usos in a Six-Man Tag Team Match.
