WWE re-added two matches to this Friday’s SmackDown preview after both temporarily disappeared from the show’s official listing earlier this morning.
WWE had confirmed both bouts on Thursday. Blake Monroe was set to face Giulia, and Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga would defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against Damian Priest and R-Truth.
Hours later, though, both matches were pulled from the company’s website, raising questions about possible last-minute card changes.
That changed early this afternoon when WWE restored both matches to the preview.
On the tag title front, Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga captured the championships last week, defeating Priest and R-Truth and the Viking Raiders in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.
The match will be Monroe’s first on SmackDown since her call-up to the main roster. Nick Aldis booked the bout after Monroe’s string of backstage attacks.
Also on the card, CM Punk defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens.
