Avery Styles is officially the newest member of the TNA roster. AJ Styles’ son announced his signing during Sunday’s Lockdown event.
In an interview with Gia Miller on the ramp, Avery spoke about TNA’s significance to his father’s career and to his family before revealing that he had signed with the company.
The moment was cut short by Frankie Kazarian. The veteran brought up his long history with AJ Styles and named Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels among the people who helped build TNA. Kazarian warned Avery that his last name could make him a target in the locker room but told him he could be trusted.
Avery Styles is just 19 years old and has been wrestling for less than two months. He made his in-ring debut on June 26, 2026, at Squared Circle Action’s Freedom Fling in Royston, Georgia, against Ashton Martin. Shortly after, he also worked GCW, debuting for the promotion on July 31 in Omaha, Nebraska.
The Styles family’s ties to TNA go back to the company’s earliest days. AJ Styles appeared on TNA’s first show in 2002 and became the inaugural X-Division Champion just one week later.
Sunday’s Lockdown also marked the event’s return after a ten-year hiatus.
