Add as a preferred source on Google Becky Lynch took another shot at Sol Ruca ahead of WWE Clash in Italy, where she will put the Women’s Intercontinental Championship on the line.
In an interview published by WWE on its official YouTube channel, Lynch said Ruca is still not ready for the company’s main roster, pointing to her record since arriving on Raw.
“Well, I think we can expect what we’ve seen the whole time is that Sol Ruka is not ready. She hasn’t won a single match since she’s been on the main roster. She’s lost all of her matches. Apparently, she won against me by disqualification. I guess I’m so good at winning. I win for other people now. She doesn’t even need to win a match. I win it for her. So, I think she’s going to realize that she’s bitten off more than she can chew, that she doesn’t belong here.”
The rivalry between the two reached its boiling point at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where Lynch was disqualified in a non-title match against Ruca. During the match, the champion pulled referee Jessika Carr into the path of a Sol Snatcher, leading Adam Pearce to make the rematch official with the title on the line in Italy.
WWE Clash in Italy takes place this Sunday, May 31, at Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy.
