ESPN has found an unusual way to promote WWE SummerSlam 2026. Danhausen will drive a themed truck around Minneapolis, handing out frozen treats to fans throughout the event weekend.
Dubbed the “Very Nice, Very Evil SummerSlam Freeze Tour,” the promotion will run from July 30 to August 2. The custom truck will carry Danhausen’s colors and feature his face.
Fans will be able to spin a wheel to find out whether they walk away with a “Very Nice” or “Very Evil” treat. The truck will also offer giveaways, photo opportunities and other surprises.
The first stop open to the public is set for July 30 at Downtown East Commons Park, from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. CT. That same day, the truck will move to Nicollet Mall from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. CT, along with a closed visit to Boys & Girls Club of the East Side.

On July 31, the truck will stay at the Minneapolis Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT. On August 1 and August 2, it will set up outside U.S. Bank Stadium from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. CT.
Danhausen also has business inside the ring. He is set to face Dominik Mysterio on the second night of SummerSlam, in a match tied to the money Danhausen took from The Judgment Day. Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan remains “cursed,” giving Dominik even more reason to try to beat him.
Danhausen’s role as the face of the promotion reflects how much ground he has gained outside the ring. Beyond his weekly spot on WWE programming, Danhausen has recently appeared at Fanatics Fest and San Diego Comic-Con, and taken part in content with ESPN and the New York Knicks.
