The controversy involving CM Punk at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas took a new turn this Friday after TMZ released a 911 audio tied to a second incident that occurred over WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend.

In the recording, a fan speaking in Spanish through an interpreter accuses Punk of pushing him in the chest after approaching for an autograph. The man also described the wrestler as visibly irritated during the incident.

The case is noteworthy because it is not the same video that went viral days earlier, when Punk knocked another fan’s phone while he was filming Bayley and AJ Lee in a public area of the hotel. In that episode, new footage showed Bayley asking the man to stop recording before Punk reacted.

According to TMZ itself, Las Vegas police were called and spoke with those involved, but no report was filed, and Punk was allowed to leave the scene.

As we previously reported on Wrestling Noticias, WWE and TKO were not planning to apply any internal punishment to Punk for the first incident. Fightful Select also reported that the wrestler did not face disciplinary action after the case.

So far, CM Punk has not spoken publicly about the matter and is not expected to do so. The fan from the viral video, on the other hand, said he does not plan to sue the wrestler and only wants an apology.
