Brody King was once again at the center of one of the loudest moments at an AEW show when the promotion held All Out on Saturday at NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Much of the crowd broke into a loud “F*ck ICE” chant when King was tagged in during the AEW World Trios Championship match. King and his partners, “Hangman” Adam Page and Bandido, were challenging champions Swerve Strickland and The New Level (Kofi and Austin Creed).
The reaction has become a familiar one at King’s matches. In February, the Las Vegas crowd started the same chant before his match against MJF on Dynamite. That chant went viral and drew coverage even from outlets outside pro wrestling.
King has taken a public stance against ICE. In June 2025, he wore an “Abolish ICE” shirt at Arena México, and sales of related merchandise later raised more than $27,000 for the Local Hearts Foundation. A separate campaign with artist Daniel Warren Johnson raised about $59,000 for organizations that help immigrant families in Minnesota.
In an interview months ago, King described how he felt the first time he heard the chant.
“I felt like I could run through a wall at that moment.”
Since then, the chant has followed King from city to city and even outside the United States, including at Grand Slam Australia. Most recently, it resurfaced on the September 16 episode of Dynamite, during a trios match featuring King, Page and Bandido.
