Speaking with Denise Salcedo before Clash in Italy, the Mexican star said facing the WWE Hall of Famer is something too special to explain with words alone.
“Yeah, this is my dream match because it’s Rey Mysterio, he’s the legend, the greatest of all time, he’s my role model. So I don’t know, it’s too much to explain in words, and my heart is very special this night.”
Mysterio became the challenger after defeating Rusev on last week’s RAW following a backstage confrontation. The match, however, still does not have a date.
On this Monday’s RAW in Turin, Rey and Dragon Lee will face Rusev and Ethan Page.
