Add as a preferred source on Google Ryan Garcia’s WWE RAW debut was met with a negative response online. WWE’s official YouTube upload of the segment had received more dislikes than likes, putting the reaction to his surprise appearance at the center of the story coming out of Monday’s show.
Garcia appeared on the July 27 episode of RAW from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, during a concert featuring Joe Hendry and Danhausen. After initially joining the performance, Garcia struck Hendry from behind with a guitar. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh then attacked Hendry and Danhausen before Garcia posed alongside The Judgment Day.

The criticism was not limited to the reported YouTube ratio. Sports Illustrated‘s wrestling coverage gave the segment a 3/10 grade and criticized both the concert and WWE’s use of Garcia.
Former WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman delivered an even stronger assessment, calling it the worst segment he had ever seen.
There is one limitation to the dislike report. YouTube has kept dislike totals private since 2021, and its public API no longer provides that information. Any publicly displayed total would therefore be an outside estimate rather than an official number supplied by YouTube or WWE.
