Tiffany Stratton remains the Women’s United States Champion. At WWE Night of Champions on Saturday at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Stratton defeated Jade Cargill to retain the title.
The match was evenly contested from the opening minutes, with Cargill trying to use her power to control Stratton, while the champion looked to push the pace and create openings for her biggest moves.
The situation changed when Michin and B-Fab came out to help Cargill. The duo distracted the referee, giving Jade a chance to try to use the title against Stratton and continuing the pattern of interference that had defined the rivalry in recent weeks.
Chelsea Green then appeared and attacked Michin and B-Fab, preventing the plan from fully playing out.

Even so, the match continued with Cargill still in control. The decisive moment came when Charlotte Flair made a surprise appearance and hit Jade with the title, taking advantage of another moment when the referee did not have a clear view of what happened.
Back in the ring, Stratton capitalized on the opening created by Flair’s interference, climbed to the top rope and hit the Prettiest Moonsault Ever, followed by the pinfall, to win the match.
The result also increases the tension between Cargill and Charlotte. Last week, Jade, Michin and B-Fab attacked Flair backstage on SmackDown, taking The Queen out of action before Night of Champions.
