Saints tagged with Gunther to take on Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk and Cody Rhodes, putting him in the ring with three of the top names on the men’s roster. Punk and Rhodes picked up the win.
While some social media posts framed the match as the main event, full results from the show indicate that Saints, Gunther, Punk, and Rhodes worked the semi-main. The closing match saw LA Knight and Oba Femi defeat World Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker and Austin Theory by disqualification.

Saints previously received a significant main roster spotlight on June 27 at Night of Champions, where he unsuccessfully challenged Trick Williams for the United States Championship.
