Add as a preferred source on Google Brock Lesnar has been moved back to the Alumni section of WWE.com, with the change appearing on Monday’s RAW from Des Moines, Iowa — two days after Lesnar lost to Oba Femi in the Hell in a Cell match that closed SummerSlam Night One.
After the match, Lesnar hugged Femi and put him over as the future of WWE while framing himself as part of the past. WWE leaned into that farewell tone on RAW, airing a career retrospective on Lesnar that included comments from Roman Reigns, among others.
Femi also came out and said he now understood Lesnar’s plan going back to WrestleMania 42, claiming the entire program had been a test Lesnar set up all along. Femi closed the promo by saying Lesnar could now rest.
This isn’t the first time WWE has adjusted Lesnar’s site profile in 2026. The company first moved him to the Alumni section on May 7, following his loss to Femi at WrestleMania 42 and his leaving his gloves and boots in the ring. That status didn’t last — Lesnar returned to Raw on May 18 and attacked Femi, and his profile was restored to the active roster the next day.
Femi went on to beat Lesnar again at Clash in Italy for the rubber match, evening the score before SummerSlam. Between the RAW retrospective, the passing-of-the-torch moment at SummerSlam and this second Alumni move, WWE is signaling that it’s treating the Hell in a Cell match in Minneapolis as the end of Lesnar’s in-ring career.
