Grayson Waller has always had a quite controversial character in WWE, whether in his early days in NXT or even after his promotion to the main roster, when he formed A-Town Down Under, together with Austin Theory, becoming WWE Tag Team Champion.
In addition to a sarcastic personality, Waller has never shown that he has limits when the focus is on making big provocations and this became evident in a recent appearance on Notsam Wrestling.
The current NXT Champion said that he had plans to use a T-shirt printed with Stephanie Vaquer, who was seminude, with only the Women’s World Championship covering part of her body. Waller, however, revealed the reason this never happened.
Waller said there are things that have not appeared on television. He said he did not know if the host remembered that, recently, Stephanie Vaquer had caused a big stir on the internet. According to him, she posted an Instagram story related to Shawn Michaels, and there was a T-shirt with that image. That, he said, was not seen on television. He added that, if someone wants it, it could be worth a good sum, and that surely some fan would be willing to pay an absurd amount for it.
Waller stated that he loves to sow chaos, but he considers that, if he cannot face someone, in other words, if they cannot fight over this, then that is the limit. He asked what is supposed to happen if Stephanie Vaquer considers that he should not do something like that, and whether the two are going to have a match. He answered that this is not going to happen. He added that this is where he sets his limit.
It is important to point out that, while Waller remains at the top of the NXT men’s division, Vaquer is out of action due to an injury suffered at Money in the Bank, although she has already returned to the ring at a live event.
Vaquer is announced for a future match against Becky Lynch, for the position of No. 1 contender for the Women’s World Championship, a title currently in the possession of Liv Morgan.
