Brock Lesnar has once again been the subject of false rumors on social media following WWE Night of Champions, which took place last Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In recent days, some Facebook posts claimed that “The Beast Incarnate” had been spotted in the country and that his absence from the premium live event was simply a WWE creative decision. That is not the case.

According to Fightful Select, the content circulating on social media, which appeared to be created by artificial intelligence, does not match reality. Lesnar was not in Riyadh for Night of Champions and was not in the city during the event.

The confusion gained traction because Lesnar remains tied to rumors surrounding SummerSlam, especially after Oba Femi defeated Jey Uso in the King of the Ring final to earn a world title shot at the August event.

At Night of Champions, held at Kingdom Arena, Sami Zayn won the Undisputed WWE Championship for the first time by defeating Cody Rhodes and Gunther in the main event. The show also featured the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments.

Lesnar has been considered a major question mark since WrestleMania 42, when he left his boots and gloves in the ring after losing to Femi. In May, at Clash in Italy, Lesnar defeated Femi in a rematch.

For now, however, there is no confirmation that Brock Lesnar is close to returning to WWE programming.
