Add as a preferred source on Google Stephanie McMahon will play a prominent role at Saturday Night’s Main Event this Saturday, July 18, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The WWE Hall of Famer will host the Countdown pre-show.
The pre-show will begin at 7:30 p.m. ET, while the main card kicks off at 8 p.m. ET. The event will stream exclusively on Peacock in the United States, and the Countdown will also be available across WWE’s digital platforms.
Beyond the analysis and interviews ahead of the show, the Countdown will also feature a match. WWE announced that United States Champion Trick Williams will face Laredo Kid.

This won’t be the first time Stephanie has taken on a similar role at Saturday Night’s Main Event. In January, she hosted the Montreal edition solo after Joe Tessitore was unable to reach the city due to complications from a severe winter storm.
Stephanie was also on hand for the last Monday Night RAW held at Madison Square Garden, on March 30, when she had a pretty heated segment with Cody Rhodes.
In this Saturday’s main event, Rhodes and CM Punk will face Gunther and Sami Zayn. Should Gunther and Zayn come out on top, both men will be added to the Undisputed WWE Championship match at SummerSlam.
