Add as a preferred source on Google Drake Morreaux made his AAA debut during the tapings for Verano de Escándalo on July 25 at Arena San Marcos in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The show was taped for three weeks of programming, and the segment has not aired yet.
Morreaux showed up wearing overalls and a mask and attacked Psycho Clown. AAA didn’t reveal the character’s identity on camera, but the tattoos on display and Morreaux’s earlier announcement on WWE LFG point to him being the man under the mask.
The angle also appears to close one of AAA‘s biggest recent mysteries. For several weeks, an unknown attacker has targeted Murder Clown, Panic Clown and Dave the Clown.
On the June 27 episode, Psycho Clown and the rest of Los Psycho Circus found Pagano lying backstage, bloodied, with the message “Psycho is next!” left on a locker room mirror. Morreaux’s attack backs up the idea that he was the one who had been stalking Los Psycho Circus all along.

Morreaux’s arrival in Mexico was announced on May 3, when Shawn Michaels called him in to break the news.
“There’s not a spot for you in NXT right now, but there’s a huge opportunity for you in AAA.”
Michaels also told Morreaux his run at the Performance Center was over and that he’d be working alongside The Undertaker, who had coached Morreaux during the first season of WWE LFG.
Morreaux spent nearly three years in developmental without ever landing a regular spot on NXT television. He still wrestled on the February 16, 2024 episode of SmackDown, along with appearances on NXT Level Up, WWE EVOLVE, LFG and a number of live events. Outside the ring, he’s in a relationship with Roxanne Perez.
